Assistant Manager – Brand & Product Development

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the Hardees Brand and Product Development function for region. This role will work closely with cross functional teams to drive the end-to-end new product development (NPD) process, manage the brand calendar with line manager, and ensure strong, consistent communication across all brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creatively inclined, and comfortable managing multiple projects across markets while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

1. New Product Development (NPD)

  • Support the full NPD process from concept to launch, including briefing, development, and execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, supply chain, procurement, CKR(Brand)) and external partners
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely launches
  • Assist in product positioning, naming, and overall concept development and testing
  • Consolidate information from markets and ensure alignment across stakeholders

2. Brand Calendar Management

  • Support development and updating annual brand calendar (campaigns, LTOs, activations)
  • Ensure alignment between product launches, key occasions, and brand priorities
  • Coordinate with regional and local teams to align timelines and execution plans
  • Monitor progress and proactively flag risks or delays

3. Brand Communication

  • Support development of campaign briefs, key visuals, and communication guidelines
  • Support all production process regarding communication (such as photo shoots, content creation)
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with creative agencies and internal stakeholders on campaign development
  • Review and align on communication assets before market rollout

4. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact between marketing, operations, supply, and external partners
  • Ensure clear and timely communication across all stakeholders
  • Support alignment meetings, follow-ups, and reporting

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Support post-launch evaluations and campaign recaps
  • Track key metrics and gather insights to improve future launches and campaigns
  • Consolidate learnings and share recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or product development (F&B/QSR is a plus)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Experience working with agencies is a plus
