Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Off-Plan Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both company-generated leads as well as generating their own leads, with a focus on closing sales for off-plan properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to company-generated leads, inquiries, and referrals regarding off-plan properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities for off-plan property sales.
• Showcase off-plan properties to clients, highlighting unique selling points and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Negotiate terms and prices with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with developers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, property developments, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including off-plan projects.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and own transportation.
