About the job

We are seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Content Creator to produce engaging photo, video, and social media content that showcases our weddings, events, floral designs, décor, and behind-the-scenes moments. The ideal candidate has excellent storytelling skills, stays updated with social media trends, and can create high-quality content that strengthens our brand and attracts new clients.Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
  • Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and other social media platforms.
  • Edit photos, reels, short-form videos, and promotional content using professional editing software.
  • Develop creative content ideas and campaigns that align with the company’s branding.
  • Create behind-the-scenes, client testimonial, venue showcase, and event highlight content.
  • Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
  • Coordinate with planners, decorators, florists, photographers, and videographers to capture key event moments.
  • Ensure all content follows the company’s brand identity and quality standards.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
  • Assist in live social media coverage during events when required.
  • Organize and maintain a digital library of photos and videos.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal advertising initiatives.
  • Track content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in weddings, hospitality, luxury events, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and current social media trends.
  • Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, depending on event schedules.
