Job Title: HR Executive and PRO (Open for Emiratis Only)

Brands: Omoda & Jaecoo and iCaur

Location: U.A.E

Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel files.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and management.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and in compliance with U.A.E labor laws.

Public Relations Officer (PRO):

  • Handle all government-related formalities with MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA & EIDA.
  • Process applications for employment visas, residence visas, work permits, medical tests, and Emirates ID.
  • Renew and cancel visas, labor cards, and other government-related documents as per U.A.E law.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.A.E labor laws, immigration rules, and government regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Track visa expiry dates and proactively initiate renewal procedures.
  • Prepare and submit accurate government-related documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications/skills:

  • Emirati with valid Khulasat Al Qaid and Emirates ID.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of U.A.E labor law and immigration procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and employees.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Have a valid U.A.E driving license
