Job Description
This is a full-time role based in Dubai, UAE, reporting to the HR Manager. The HR & Recruitment Specialist owns high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across the full DEAL Holdings group – spanning The Food & Beverage Group and all other brands and business units under the holding company. The role suits someone who has delivered volume hiring at pace – ideally from a recruitment agency background – and who understands the demands and rhythm of the hospitality industry, including its extended and unsocial hours.
Job Summary
The HR & Recruitment Specialist leads recruitment delivery for all positions across DEAL Holdings’ portfolio, from front- and back-of-house F&B roles to support and corporate functions. Working across multiple brands and venues, this is a hands-on role carrying real ownership of hiring outcomes and SLAs, with regular coordination across Operations, Finance, PMO, and PRO teams to ensure a compliant and seamless employee lifecycle group-wide.

- Manage multiple live vacancies across different brands simultaneously without compromising quality or speed, hitting agreed time-to-fill SLAs.
- Build and work active talent pipelines across digital platforms, portals, referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment days to keep a ready pool for fast-moving openings group-wide.
- Conduct phone screens and first-round interviews at volume; coordinate hiring-manager interviews and shortlisting across brands.
- Own the ATS – maintaining pipeline hygiene, data integrity, and reporting across all business units.
- Maintain job descriptions, structured interview guides, and scoring frameworks adaptable to each brand.
- Manage reference checks, offer negotiation, and issuance of compliant offer letters.
- Act as PMO liaison for recruitment requests across the group, ensuring management-level hires follow required PMO notification and sign-off.
Onboarding & Documentation
- Own the onboarding workflow for all brands, ensuring every new joiner is set up accurately and on time.
- Prepare UAE-compliant limited-term employment contracts, joining forms, and follow the onboarding checklists.
- Collect and verify all joining documents (passport, EID, medical, visa) and ensure accurate digital and physical filing.
- Coordinate visa processing, work permits, and medical insurance enrolment with the outsourced PRO team.
- Schedule inductions and first-day logistics across venues and business units.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain employee data, leave trackers, staff lists, and manpower plans across the group.
- Support payroll data collation (attendance, overtime, deductions) for the company.
- Track expiry dates for visas, medicals, labour cards, and insurance; drive timely renewals and cancellations with PRO.
- Support updates to HR SOPs, the Employee Handbook, and staff communications.
- Proactively flag UAE labour law compliance risks under Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ recruitment experience, with a proven track record in high-volume hiring – recruitment agency background strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for UAE F&B, hospitality, or retail is a strong advantage; multi-brand or group-level recruitment experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working the extended and flexible hours the hospitality sector demands, including evenings and weekends where recruitment activity requires it.
- Strong, current knowledge of UAE labour law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) and visa/PRO processes.

- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and deadline-driven.
- Comfortable switching context across multiple brands and stakeholders.
- Positive, proactive, and people-focused.
