Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting high-performing Real Estate Agents, managing day-to-day HR operations, and supporting Team Leads to ensure high levels of performance, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Real Estate Agents.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Monitor Team Leads to ensure adherence to company policies, attendance, productivity, and team performance standards.
  • Coordinate with Team Leads on recruitment needs, employee performance, probation reviews, and disciplinary matters.
  • Track team KPIs and provide HR reports and insights to management.
  • Address employee concerns and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and labor regulations.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software is an advantage.
