Role Description: The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The HR Manager will oversee the end-to-end HR function, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for a diverse, multinational workforce. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing compensation and benefits, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company standards. The role also involves supporting line managers with HR guidance, handling disciplinary and grievance processes, maintaining accurate HR records, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and retention. The HR Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives in the oil, gas, energy, and manpower supply sectors.

Requirement

  • We require an 𝑯𝑹 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒄𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔, with the ability to manage both strategic and operational HR functions effectively. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an HR certification such as CIPD or SHRM is a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally gained across a multi-entity or group corporate structure spanning several business sectors.
  • Solid background in manpower outsourcing, recruitment, or staffing operations, including workforce deployment and client coordination.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and immigration procedures, and Emiratization requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll operations and WPS compliance, including coordination with Finance on salary processing.
  • Experience in managing employee benefits, including various insurance administration, renewals, claims coordination, and employee support.
  • Track record of designing and rolling out HR policies, procedures, and organization-wide people strategies.
  • Strong people-leadership skills, with experience building and mentoring an HR team.
  • Working knowledge of performance management frameworks, including KPI/KRA design and appraisal cycles.
  • Comfortable managing employee relations casework — grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Good analytical ability, with experience turning workforce data into reports management can act on.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple companies at once.
