Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring efficient day-to-day HR operations.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and all applicable government regulations.
- Coordinate closely with the Legal Department on employment-related matters and compliance requirements.
- Represent the company during inspections and audits conducted by MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other relevant government authorities.
- Manage and oversee visa, labour, immigration, and licensing-related HR processes.
- Maintain hands-on experience with UAE government portals, including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, UAE Pass, and other relevant systems.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support business objectives.
Mandatory Requirements
5+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – Mandatory
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage
Previous experience within the UAE real estate industry or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred
