Role Description

The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel administration for a boutique luxury real estate environment. The specialist will implement and maintain HR policies, manage employee benefits and records, and assist in performance management and employee relations. Day-to-day activities include coordinating interviews, preparing employment documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, maintaining HR databases, and serving as a point of contact for HR-related queries. The role collaborates closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, preferably in a professional services or real estate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and local labor laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Proficiency in Personnel Management, including employee records, performance processes, and workforce planning.
  • Experience managing Employee Benefits and supporting compensation-related processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a diverse, client-focused, luxury service environment.
