Job Description

Role Requirements

  • Sub-Brand and Partner Account Management: Act as the primary marketing point of contact for designated sub-brands and external partner teams, managing day-to-day communication and project priorities.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the Digital Channels Lead and internal stakeholders to build and execute quarterly marketing plans across social, SEO, internal comms, events, brochures, email, and web.
  • Creative Briefing and Project Coordination: Brief internal creative teams (design, copywriting, digital, video) to develop high-impact, on-brand marketing materials and manage execution using Monday.com.
  • Campaign Performance and Reporting: Monitor performance of marketing campaigns across all active channels, providing regular reports that track ROI, lead generation and impact against business KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders in the business, understand their goals, manage expectations, and translate their needs into strong creative and digital marketing outcome.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to drive marketing effectiveness, enhance partner satisfaction, and improve execution quality across all campaign assets.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in an agency account executive, client services, or in-house marketing delivery role is beneficial.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong project and campaign coordination experience.
  • Experience preparing and delivering briefs to internal or external creative teams.
  • Confident using project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Working knowledge of marketing channels including digital, social, web, email and events.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience tracking results and reporting against marketing KPIs.
