We operate across multiple ecommerce properties, multiple brands, multiple customer segments, and multiple markets. As the business grows, so does the complexity of customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and ecommerce performance. We are now looking for a commercially minded, highly organized, KPI-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist to help drive the next phase of growth. 

This is a high-accountability role for someone who enjoys complexity, takes ownership, and wants to build something meaningful. 

The role 

This is not a role for someone who simply launches campaigns. 

You will be responsible for driving measurable commercial growth across multiple ecommerce properties and brands. 

Your focus will include: 

  • Customer acquisition 
  • Revenue growth 
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS) 
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC) 
  • Conversion rate improvement 
  • Funnel optimization 
  • Lifecycle marketing 
  • Retention and repeat purchase growth 
  • Search visibility across traditional and AI-driven search environments 

You will work closely with ecommerce, content, design, and leadership teams to improve commercial performance. 

This role is based full-time at our office in Dubai Silicon Oasis. 

What you will own 

Performance marketing 

You will own paid media strategy, optimization, testing, reporting, and performance. 

Hands-on experience with the following platforms is essential: 

Paid media:

  • Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) 
  • Google Ads 
  • Google Shopping 
  • Performance Max 
  • Google Search Ads 
  • Google Display Network 
  • YouTube Ads 
  • TikTok Ads 
  • LinkedIn Ads 

Analytics and performance tracking:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) 
  • Google Tag Manager 
  • Google Search Console 
  • Meta Pixel 
  • Conversion APIs (CAPI) 
  • UTM tracking 
  • Attribution modelling 
  • Funnel analysis 
  • Looker Studio or equivalent reporting tools 

Optimization and growth:

  • Semrush and/or Ahrefs 
  • Microsoft Clarity and/or Hotjar 
  • A/B testing 
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) 
  • Landing page optimization 

You will be expected to: 

  • Build, optimize, and scale campaigns 
  • Improve ROAS and acquisition efficiency 
  • Reduce customer acquisition costs 
  • Identify performance bottlenecks 
  • Improve conversion performance 
  • Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments 
  • Build audience segmentation strategies 
  • Improve landing page performance 
  • Create clear performance reporting for leadership 
  • Make commercially sound decisions using data 

SEO, AEO and GEO 

Strong SEO capability is essential. But you must also understand where search is heading. 

Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is highly advantageous. 

You should understand how brands increasingly appear in: 

  • Google AI Overviews 
  • ChatGPT 
  • Gemini 
  • Perplexity 
  • Other AI-driven search environments 

You must be able to demonstrate measurable case studies where your work improved: 

  • Organic traffic 
  • Search visibility 
  • Rankings 
  • Revenue 
  • Discoverability 

Hands-on understanding of the following is important: 

  • Technical SEO fundamentals 
  • Ecommerce SEO 
  • On-page SEO 
  • Structured data/schema 
  • SEO content optimization 
  • Internal linking 
  • Search diagnostics 

Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing 

Experience with Klaviyo is essential. This is a non-negotiable requirement. 

You must have hands-on experience building and managing: 

  • Automated flows 
  • Welcome journeys 
  • Browse abandonment 
  • Cart abandonment 
  • Post-purchase flows 
  • Win-back campaigns 
  • Segmentation strategies 
  • Lifecycle marketing automation 
  • Email campaign planning and execution 

You must be able to demonstrate measurable success through real case studies, including impact on: 

  • Email-attributed revenue 
  • Repeat purchase rate 
  • Customer retention 
  • Customer lifetime value 
  • Automation performance 
  • Conversion performance 
  • List growth

You must have: 

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on ecommerce performance marketing experience 
  • Proven ecommerce growth experience 
  • Strong experience managing meaningful monthly media budgets 
  • Deep expertise across Meta and Google ecosystems 
  • Demonstrable Klaviyo success stories 
  • Demonstrable SEO success stories 
  • Strong CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experience 
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce customer journeys 
  • Experience working across Shopify-based ecommerce environments 
  • Experience working with multiple ecommerce properties and operational complexity 
  • Strong reporting and dashboard experience 
  • Experience presenting performance clearly to leadership teams 

Agency-only experience is unlikely to be sufficient unless you have personally owned ecommerce revenue targets and can demonstrate measurable commercial outcomes.
