Founded in Dubai in 2011, Brewing Gadgets is one of the Middle East’s leading specialty coffee equipment businesses, serving both home brewers and coffee professionals across the GCC and India.
We operate across multiple ecommerce properties, multiple brands, multiple customer segments, and multiple markets. As the business grows, so does the complexity of customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and ecommerce performance. We are now looking for a commercially minded, highly organized, KPI-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist to help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a high-accountability role for someone who enjoys complexity, takes ownership, and wants to build something meaningful.
The role
This is not a role for someone who simply launches campaigns.
You will be responsible for driving measurable commercial growth across multiple ecommerce properties and brands.
Your focus will include:
- Customer acquisitionÂ
- Revenue growthÂ
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)Â
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC)Â
- Conversion rate improvementÂ
- Funnel optimizationÂ
- Lifecycle marketingÂ
- Retention and repeat purchase growthÂ
- Search visibility across traditional and AI-driven search environmentsÂ
You will work closely with ecommerce, content, design, and leadership teams to improve commercial performance.
This role is based full-time at our office in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
What you will own
Performance marketing
You will own paid media strategy, optimization, testing, reporting, and performance.

Optimization and growth:

You will be expected to:
- Build, optimize, and scale campaignsÂ
- Improve ROAS and acquisition efficiencyÂ

- Conduct A/B testing and growth experimentsÂ
- Build audience segmentation strategiesÂ
- Improve landing page performanceÂ
- Create clear performance reporting for leadershipÂ
- Make commercially sound decisions using dataÂ
SEO, AEO and GEO
Strong SEO capability is essential. But you must also understand where search is heading.
Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is highly advantageous.
You should understand how brands increasingly appear in:

- Other AI-driven search environmentsÂ

- Demonstrable Klaviyo success storiesÂ
- Demonstrable SEO success storiesÂ
- Strong CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experienceÂ
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce customer journeysÂ
- Experience working across Shopify-based ecommerce environmentsÂ
- Experience working with multiple ecommerce properties and operational complexityÂ
- Strong reporting and dashboard experienceÂ
- Experience presenting performance clearly to leadership teamsÂ
