Personal Assistant to the CEO

Role Summary

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support to ensure the CEO’s time and priorities are managed efficiently. The role requires discretion, proactivity, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing notes
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Coordinate meetings, board sessions, and follow-ups
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Assist with personal and professional tasks as required
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the CEO
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Problem-solving and proactive mindset

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Experience supporting CEO or senior leadership preferred

Reports directly to the CEO
