Personal Assistant to the CEO
Role Summary
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support to ensure the CEO’s time and priorities are managed efficiently. The role requires discretion, proactivity, and excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing notes
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Coordinate meetings, board sessions, and follow-ups
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
- Assist with personal and professional tasks as required
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the CEO
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Problem-solving and proactive mindset
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting CEO or senior leadership preferred
