Job Description
Education :Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (required)
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in procurement, projects, or contract administration, preferably in higher Education or public sector environment.
Contract Administration
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts
- Support monitoring of contract timelines and renewals
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of contracts
- Assist in compliance checks related to contract terms
Project Support
- Support implementation of procurement-related projects
- Assist in preparing project scopes, deliverables, and schedules
- Track progress and provide regular updates to the Head of Section
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution
Vendor Coordination
- Maintain vendor records and assist in monitoring performance.
- Support communication with vendors regarding contract terms and deliverables.
- Assist in collecting data for vendor evaluations.
Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in ensuring adherence to university policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
- Support in audits and reviews of procurement and contract activities.
Other Duties : Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
