We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior HR Officer (Arabic Speaking) to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations with a strong focus on HR documentation, employee relations, structure management, and administrative tasks. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fluency in Arabic and English is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to queries from the sales team regarding attendance, payroll, PS (performance system), and other HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and issue performance warnings and termination letters in coordination with the HR Manager and legal advisors.
  • Monitor and follow up on the visa issuance and renewal list to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate the offboarding process, ensuring that all required documents are collected and procedures are completed.
  • Liaise with sales coordinators to maintain an up-to-date and accurate sales structure.
  • Regularly update and maintain departmental structures and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and maintain the organization chart (org chart) for all departments to reflect real-time reporting and team structures.
  • Perform any additional tasks or projects as assigned by HR management.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the real estate or a fast-paced service sector.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, charts, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
