MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To lead the creation of a cohesive, influential & resilient corporate identity through building, protecting & enhancing Mediclinic’s reputation, both internally & externally, through strategic messaging, stakeholder engagement & brand storytelling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Development and execution of mediclinic’s reputation management strategy
- Effective team leadership and management
- Governance, risk and compliance management
- Effective stakeholder management
- Financial management
- Internal communications and employee
Required Education Essential: Post Bachelors’ qualification with demonstration of continuous learning
Desired: Specialist Marketing, PR, Communications and/or business qualification would be advantageous
Required Experience Essential: 8 –10+ years of experience in reputation management, including over 5 years in leadership roles.
