Senior Performance & Media Manager

Job Description

Responsible for leading Hardee’s overall Media and Performance Marketing strategy across the Middle East region. The role covers both Digital and Traditional Media channels and focuses on driving traffic, demand generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sales growth through structured media planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement to ensure strong ROI across markets.

Role Overview:

Hardee’s marketing team is looking for an experienced Media & Performance Senior Manager to lead and optimize integrated media activities across the Middle East.

This role oversees:

  • Media strategy, planning, and execution
  • Performance management across Digital and Traditional Media
  • Campaign delivery across all major channels including TV, Radio, Outdoor, Cinema, Social, Search, Display, Video, Programmatic, and Delivery platforms

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead the overall Media and Performance Marketing strategy across Middle East markets
  • Translate business objectives into actionable and measurable media strategies
  • Ensure alignment with Hardee’s regional marketing goals and priorities
  • Drive integrated media thinking across Digital and Traditional channels

2. Digital Media Management

  • Manage and optimize performance across:
  • Social Media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
  • Search and Display (Google Ads)
  • Video and Programmatic platforms
  • Mobile apps and delivery platforms
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through targeting, creatives, and optimization techniques

3. Traditional Media Management

  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization across:
  • TV
  • Radio
  • Outdoor
  • Cinema
  • Print
  • Ensure effective offline media buying and execution aligned with campaign goals

4. Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Drive full-funnel media planning combining Digital and Traditional channels
  • Support:
  • Product launches
  • Value campaigns
  • Promotions and brand initiatives
  • Ensure consistency and synergy across all customer touchpoints

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance across all channels
  • Optimize:
  • Channel mix
  • Budget allocation
  • Media weights and frequency
  • Audience targeting
  • Focus on key outcomes:
  • Traffic
  • Customer acquisition
  • Conversion
  • Sales growth
  • ROI / ROAS

6. Analytics & Insights

  • Build and manage performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Analyze:

  • Translate data into business actions and optimization opportunities

7. Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Work closely with media agencies across markets
  • Partner with:

  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership

8. Budget Management

  • Manage and control media budgets across all markets
  • Ensure optimal allocation across channels and platforms
  • Maximize efficiency and return on investment

9. Innovation & Best Practices

  • Drive adoption of best practices in:
  • Media buying
  • Audience targeting
  • Attribution models
  • Build a strong test-and-learn culture
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to improve performance

Knowledge & Skills Required

1. Media & Strategy Expertise

  • Strong understanding of Digital and Traditional Media
  • Deep knowledge of integrated media planning
  • Ability to connect media investments with business outcomes

2. Technical & Tools Knowledge

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube
  • Understanding of Traditional Media planning and buying
  • Experience with:
  • GA4, Firebase, Adjust
  • Reporting tools like Excel / Power BI
  • Knowledge of media KPIs:
  • ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, CAC, GRPs, Reach, Frequency

3. Analytics Capability

  • Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze large datasets
  • Experience in campaign measurement and attribution
  • Understanding of customer behavior and media consumption

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years in Media / Performance / Digital Marketing
  • Experience across both Digital and Traditional Media
  • Background in QSR, FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce preferred
  • Experience managing multi-market campaigns in MENA is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Experience working in multicultural environments
