Social Media & Community Executive – Arabic Speaking Required

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and customer-focused social media & Community Executive to manage Dr. Scent’s daily social media presence and online community engagement across GCC markets.

The ideal candidate should understand social media culture, GCC consumer behaviour, fragrance/lifestyle trends, and how to build active engagement with customers through timely publishing, replies, community interaction, influencer coordination, and campaign support.

This role focuses mainly on daily social media execution, community management, publishing, influencer follow-up, engagement monitoring, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management

· Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms.

· Schedule and publish content according to the approved monthly marketing calendar.

· Ensure all posts, stories, reels, captions, and campaign content are published on time.

· Coordinate with the Content & Creative Specialist to receive approved content, captions, creatives, and campaign assets.

· Monitor platform updates, viral trends, hashtags, and competitor activities in the GCC market.

· Support live social media coverage during kiosk events, exhibitions, product launches, mall activations, and seasonal campaigns.

Community Management

· Respond to customer comments, messages, mentions, and inquiries in Arabic and English.

· Engage with followers to improve brand loyalty and customer experience.

· Monitor community sentiment and customer feedback.

· Escalate complaints, service issues, product issues, or urgent inquiries to the concerned department.

· Encourage user-generated content, customer reviews, tags, mentions, and community participation.

· Maintain a professional and consistent brand tone of voice across all customer interactions.

Influencer & Creator Coordination

· Support influencer outreach, gifting, product delivery, and campaign coordination.

· Follow up with influencers to ensure content is posted as agreed.

· Monitor influencer content performance and audience reactions.

· Coordinate with the marketing team for influencer briefs, product information, and campaign requirements.

Requirements

· 2–5 years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.

· Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

· Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and GCC social media trends.

· Experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG industries is preferred.

· Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
