About the Role: We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with experience building premium brands through thoughtful strategy, exceptional creative execution, and data-informed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to grow audiences, create culturally relevant content, and deliver measurable business impact while maintaining the standards expected of luxury brands. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple brands within The Happiness Company, taking campaigns from concept through execution while working closely with content creators, designers, videographers, and the wider marketing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end social media strategy and execution across multiple brands within The Happiness Company.
- Develop creative campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and drive audience growth.
- Identify cultural moments, trends, and opportunities relevant to luxury audiences.
- Build and execute high-performing organic social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and manage YouTube and long-form video strategies that build authority, engagement, and long-term audience growth.
- Apply a full-funnel marketing approach across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
- Build or coordinate landing pages that support campaigns and improve conversion performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams on content production, messaging, and campaign execution.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify insights, and continuously optimise content strategies.
- Maintain the visual identity, tone of voice, and positioning expected of premium and luxury brands.
What We’re Looking For
Social Media Growth & Content Performance
- Proven experience creating high-performing social media campaigns across multiple brands or initiatives.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating content that has achieved significant organic reach and engagement, including campaigns exceeding one million views.
- Experience creating successful content across different platforms, formats, and audience segments.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and content performance.
Luxury Brand Experience
- Experience working with luxury, premium, hospitality, lifestyle, automotive, travel, fashion, or ultra-high-net-worth brands.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer psychology, aesthetics, storytelling, and brand positioning.
- Ability to create aspirational content while maintaining authenticity and brand integrity.
Campaign Execution
- A portfolio demonstrating ownership of campaigns from concept through execution and performance analysis.
- Experience translating strategy into creative campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality.
YouTube & Long Form Content (Required)
- Hands-on experience managing and growing a YouTube channel.
- Strong understanding of scripting, production planning, YouTube SEO, audience retention, thumbnails, and publishing strategy.
- Experience analysing YouTube analytics and improving long-form content performance.
Marketing & Customer Journey
- Strong understanding of the complete customer journey and how content supports different stages of the marketing funnel.
- Ability to align social media initiatives with broader marketing and commercial objectives.
Landing Pages & Conversion
- Experience building or directing landing pages using platforms such as Webflow, Framer, or similar tools.
- Understanding of conversion-focused copywriting, user experience, and lead generation principles.
AI Marketing Tools
- Comfortable using AI tools for marketing, research, content creation, and vibe coding.
- Able to adopt new technologies while maintaining creativity, quality, and brand standards.
