Telesales / Dutch, Italian, Turkish, Spanish, and Arabic Speakers
PRIMARY PURPOSE
To contribute to generating sales for the company, be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver the company brand recognition by leaving clients with an excellent impression through effective customer relations, empathy and effective communication skills
Make outbound calls
Check DNCR (Do Not Call Registry) status before each call
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a project
Interest in investment opportunities
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the CRM
Take and process information in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Reach the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Submit an end-of-day report to the line manager
