Job Title : Operations Manager

Department: Operations

Reports to: Management

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager(CA qualified) to

oversee our company’s ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of the

senior management team, the Operations Manager will report directly to the

Management and play a critical role in developing and implementing operational

strategies to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and company-wide

performance.

Key Responsibilities:

ï‚· Design and implement business operations to align with company goals and strategic direction.

ï‚· Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and the work of executives in departments such as HR, Finance, IT and Administration.

ï‚· Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

ï‚· Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.

ï‚· Evaluate company performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

ï‚· Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

ï‚· Assist management in fundraising ventures and investor relations, where applicable.

ï‚· Participate in expansion activities such as investments, partnerships, and corporate alliances.

ï‚· Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

ï‚· Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations.

ï‚· Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.

ï‚· 8-10 Years of experience

Qualifications & Skills:

ï‚· Proven experience as Operations Manager, or in a similar executive leadership role.

ï‚· CA/CFA candidates are preferred.

ï‚· Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development.

ï‚· Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.

ï‚· Strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, and risk management.

ï‚· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

ï‚· Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations.

ï‚· High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
