Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager(CA qualified) to

oversee our company’s ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of the

senior management team, the Operations Manager will report directly to the

Management and play a critical role in developing and implementing operational

strategies to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and company-wide

performance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and implement business operations to align with company goals and strategic direction.

 Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and the work of executives in departments such as HR, Finance, IT and Administration.

 Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

 Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.

 Evaluate company performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

 Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

 Assist management in fundraising ventures and investor relations, where applicable.

 Participate in expansion activities such as investments, partnerships, and corporate alliances.

 Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

 Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations.

 Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.

 8-10 Years of experience

Qualifications & Skills:

 Proven experience as Operations Manager, or in a similar executive leadership role.

 CA/CFA candidates are preferred.

 Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development.

 Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.

 Strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, and risk management.

 Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations.

 High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
