Role Overview
Responsible for assisting monthly management reports, monthly closing, variance analysis, annual budgets, and
quarterly forecasts (including rolling 12 month’s forecast) for the business, profit and loss accounts, cash flows.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
· Assist in preparing and submit SKM’s monthly financial results and quarterly rolling forecasts and
complete SKM’s reporting pack.
· Assist in Financial audits and timely GL reconciliations.
· Assist in report on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
(variance analysis and commentaries).
· Assist in performing detailed account analysis and corporate month-end processing and reporting.
· Assist in managing the preparation of company’s budget.
· Assist in Inventory analysis.
· Bank Reconciliation on weekly and monthly basis.
· Assist in reporting for Banking facilities renewal requirements.
· Intercompany and Related Party reconciliations on timely basis.
· Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
· Any other tasks related to his work or requested by the management.
Skills & Qualification
· 5 to 7 years relevant work experience and demonstrated track record of driving for action and results
· Team player with ability to coordinate and communicate the requirements to related departments.
· Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
· Analytical and communication skills.
· Excellent MS office Skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
· Manufacturing Industry Experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in accounting or finance/ other professional certificates
