Talent Acquistion Specialist

Job Description

Job Purpose:

To perform the day-to-day activities in Talent Acquisition, source and interview candidates, and start the hiring process as per the defined policy and procedure. Meet managers and provide the best service in a timely manner to support the department’s objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Source and engage top talent through job boards, social media, and market mapping.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and deliver a fantastic candidate experience.
  • Provide market insights to improve our hiring strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a background in corporate hiring.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for finding the right talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Candidates based in the UAE are preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management Field or equivalent.
