We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and strategic Financial and Operational Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:-
As our Financial and Operational Manager, you will be the lynchpin connecting our financial health with our operational efficiency. Your duties will include:
Financial Management
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop accurate financial forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely, accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses for senior management.
* Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
* Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, manage internal controls, and identify financial risks.
* Cost Control: Analyze and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or operational effectiveness.
Operational Management
* Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and implement improvements to operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and output.
* Team Leadership: Oversee and manage administrative and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement,
* Vendor & Contract Management: Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers, partners, and vendors to secure favorable terms.
* Resource Allocation: Manage company resources, including facilities, equipment, and technology, to ensure optimal utilization.
* Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications & Skills Required
* Experience: Proven experience (4+ years) in a combined financial and operational management role, or significant experience in both areas.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of budgeting, financial modeling, GAAP principles, and financial analysis.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with advanced features in Microsoft Excel and experience with Talley
* Leadership: Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to solving complex operational challenges.
Preferred
* Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CMA, PMP).
* Experience in the medical equipment trading,will be plus
