Role Overview:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be fully focused on headhunting, attracting, and convincing top real estate talent to join our brokerage on a commission-only model. This is not a typical HR role – it requires strategic networking, persuasive communication, environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Headhunt real estate agents through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and competitor analysis.
  • Identify, approach, and convince candidates to join on a commission-based structure.
  • Promote the company’s unique selling points and growth opportunities to attract ambitious agents.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ motivation, sales potential, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Meet aggressive hiring targets set by management.
  • Represent the brokerage at industry events and networking platforms to build brand presence.
  • Report regularly on recruitment progress and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in headhunting / sales recruitment, preferably in real estate or high-performance industries.
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence candidates, especially for commission-based opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and resilient in achieving hiring goals.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment platforms, social media sourcing, and direct outreach strategies.
